Development wise Asher had a slower month, but don’t think that means that Asher has slowed down. He is EVERYWHERE all the time. We are having quite the adventure.
Asher’s 9 month stats
- Weight: 18.8lbs 20th percentile (a big jump from the 6th percentile at 6 months)
- Weight: 28 inches 30th percentile
- Head 45.9 cm 70th percentile
- Eats everything we put in his mouth
- has eaten charcoal (cold) several times.
- Climbs up the stairs, but still can’t go down, except when falling or Liam pushes him down
- Started cruising around the furniture
- Lets go of furniture to stand on his own, but only for a second. When we try to get him to stand he gets too excited and can’t stop bouncing
- touched grass and played outside for the first time (thank you St. George)
- starting to have a little fear of anyone that is not mom and dad
- Likes to crawl through the stools and chairs and often gets himself stuck.
- Favorite toy is a cord of any kind
- After naps or in the morning he will always give me a hug. I love it!
